If you would like to sponsor, please email neuromod@umn.edu. Our team will answer any questions and send you the full exhibitor packet, including the exhibitor form.

Complete the Exhibitor Form
Complete the exhibitor form provided and return it to neuromod@umn.edu no later than October 7th, 2026. If you are working with an individual at UMN, please ensure you always copy neuromod@umn.edu when submitting your form. If you are not a current University of Minnesota supplier or have never sponsored before, please also submit the company’s W9 form so we can set you up as a supplier.

Watch for Your Invoice
Once your sponsorship is processed, you will receive an invoice via email. Please monitor your inbox, including junk or spam folders, for emails from billing@umn.edu or yang8421@umn.edu.

Note: Payment is due within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
