Poster Abstracts

If you are selected to present a poster, you will receive FREE registration!!! Please do not register until you receive your poster confirmation/registration code on March 14th.

Submit your abstract by March 7th, 2025. 

POSTER SIZE REQUIREMENTS: Posters must be printed to this size in order to fit on the poster boards 46”W x 32”H.

Poster printing costs are not covered by the Symposium. If you receive a travel award, you will receive a check after the event to cover costs incurred for attending. If you would like to print your poster at UMN for when you arrive, please contact the Coffman Union Digital Print Center at cmucc@umn.edu.
