Registration Rates

Online registration available August 1st - October 8th

• Academic Faculty/Staff - $250.00

• Students - $100.00

Late and On-site registration available October 9th-23rd

• General  - $500.00

• Academic Faculty/Staff - $300.00

• Students - $150.00

Virtual Attendance

The registration fee for virtual attendance is the same as for in-person attendance. The Zoom link will be shared on October 21st, the day before the event. Please check the email you used to register for the zoom link.

Student Registration

Please note that student registration is open exclusively to undergraduate, graduate students, postdocs, postbacs and lab staff.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, a refund minus $150 will be issued. If your total registration fee is less than $150, a 20% cancellation fee will be assessed, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Cancellations must be in writing to Neuromod Staff at neuromod@umn.edu. Cancellation requests after October 8th will not be eligible for a refund. All requests will be reviewed and processed within 72 business hours.
