Dr. Deborah Rose is currently a fellow in Behavioral Neurology & Neuropsychiatry at Johns Hopkins. She completed her Neurology residency at Duke University as part of its first all-female cohort during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Rose’s research focuses on the intersection of early-life adversity and cognitive aging, with a particular interest in understanding racial disparities in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD). She was recently awarded the McKnight Clinical Translational Research Scholarship in Cognitive Aging and Age-Related Memory Loss by the American Brain Foundation and McKnight Brain Research Foundation.
A passionate advocate for health equity, Dr. Rose is committed to addressing social and structural drivers of health in aging populations. She is actively involved in community outreach initiatives and works to promote diversity in clinical trials, ensuring that research is inclusive and representative of historically underserved populations.
Lindsey Jardine is a clinical and regulatory expert specializing in neuromodulation and breakthrough medical devices. As Director of Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality Affairs at Adraxe, she leads clinical strategy, FDA submissions, and regulatory execution, leveraging the TAP program to accelerate approval pathways. With experience at FARAPULSE/Boston Scientific, Shockwave Medical, and Blackrock Neurotech, she has successfully guided multiple IDE and PMA studies to market. A recognized speaker, Lindsey has lectured at the Cleveland Neuro Design Workshop and Tulane University.
